HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION:

All hard copies will be kept securely while you are still using our services. Any electronic information is held securely on a password protected computer and stored in the cloud or on a password protected mobile phone. If you stop using our services you may contact us to request that your information is destroyed securely, however records of financial payments made will be kept securely for 6 years as required for tax purposes.
